Delivery information and what to do if you need to return an order.
Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard ground delivery within the United States is estimated at 5–8 business days.
Ground shipping at checkout costs $12.00 USD, or is free when your product subtotal reaches $100. Taxes and the final total are shown at checkout.
Our shipping policy covers the United States and Canada. Online checkout currently accepts delivery to: United States.
For Canada, contact us to confirm delivery availability, timing, shipping fees and any import charges before ordering. The US delivery estimate above does not apply to Canada.
30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, all of the following must apply:
- The product is unused, has not been installed and has not been left outdoors for an extended period.
- You have the original packaging, accessories, fasteners and instructions.
- You can provide an order number or proof of purchase.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after 30 days, or for products that have been used, assembled and secured in place, soiled or damaged by the customer. Items missing their original packaging, accessories or included parts are not eligible. Clearance or final-sale items and gift cards are excluded.

Return shipping costs
We pay return shipping for product defects, incorrect items and shipping damage.
For other reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size, you pay return shipping. If we provide a prepaid return label, its cost is deducted from your refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or videos showing the damage or incorrect item.
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or, if you prefer, a full refund including the original shipping fee. We cover any return shipping for these cases.
Refund timing
We initiate your refund within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting an eligible return. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Your bank or card network processes the refund separately. It typically takes another 5–10 business days for the funds to arrive.
Original shipping fees
We refund the original shipping fee when a return is due to a defect, incorrect item or shipping damage.
Original shipping fees are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. If your order qualified for free shipping at $100 or more, the original shipping fee is $0.
