Privacy policy
This policy explains what Beautisoul Land collects, what we use it for, and what we do not collect.
1. Account information
If you create an account, we save your name and email address. Your password is hashed before it is stored, so we cannot read it.
2. Google sign-in
If you continue with Google, Google sends us your name, verified email address, and a unique account ID. We do not receive your Google password or get access to Gmail, Drive, contacts, or advertising data.
3. Checkout and orders
When online payments are enabled, Airwallex processes the payment on its hosted checkout page. Beautisoul Land does not store card numbers. We save contact and delivery details, the order reference, products, total, capture status and date to manage orders. Orders placed while signed in appear in your account. In sandbox mode, use test details only; no real payment is taken. When payments are disabled, no payment request is sent.
4. Contact and shipping details
You can save a phone number and shipping address in your profile. We use these details to fill the checkout form for you. You can change or remove them at any time.
5. Ratings
A rating you submit is linked to your account and shown with your account name.
6. Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal information. We only send information to companies that help us run login, payments, hosting, and order delivery. We keep account and order records while your account and this store are active.
7. Contact
For questions about your personal information, email zhuxiaoyun@beautisoulland.com. Our business address and phone number are on the contact page.
